Everytime when auto is booked I see x amount even bear drop off location the amt is same then how come later I am charged 30 rs extra after the trip is over. There is no change in route or traffic. Upto 5 rs I can understand but 30rs is more.pls refund

@Olacabs seems that drivers are now not getting destination on their mobile which was active for last 6mnths. Nw they r calling n asking drop location and cancelling the booking, I got 3 cancellation 2day. I know no actions will b taken but still updating you abt d whereabouts

It's just my need hence using this app coz the same driver is using ola and uber and rapido app n where they get more money they do our booking. Support options were open and we were able to connect to them now no way to connect to them

@Uber_India made payment twice once via app and till that time the driver closed the trip so asked for cash. Now two payments went from my account please refund. Suggestion please see help option is given to human support rather than just AI or other options.

@BorzoWefast pathetic app order is booked even after selecting pay option upi. No option for making payment via upi Google pay or paytm. Only band cards or wallet pay option

@airtelindia wifi not working call CC to highlight issue was app is pathetic doesn't solve or help to connect to CC.. came to know from Pratham that I am using outdated wifi bought last year and have to visit store for queries as he can't pass on msg 2 any1 due to limited access

@hbari58 @airtelindia It's getting common to see bad service here.. never faced issue like this ever. Also hv wifi connection issue when called customer care thy say visit airtel store I m using old box need to replace, within 6 months things get outdated strange. No airtel store within 1 km.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For my mobile plans also u guys removed 399 plan n now it's only 499 or 549 plan that I have 2 go with i dont c my previous plans in my chnge account 2 previous. 2 years ago der was a trust which is nw going away due 2 such nuisances created. Hope this is considered on priority.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence as the world evolves with tech so r u bt make some place 4 users 2 contact u. I don't know what's use of app it doesn't solve our problem. It's just a system 4 u guys 2go away from user queries n with this frustration people tend 2 go 2 other service
