I’m weirdly happy for Pryce Sandfort. I don’t have it in me to hate on that kid or his family. And congrats to Nebraska. What is wrong with me.

A year ago, I won the lottery to play Augusta National. It was the craziest, least believable break of my life. It was also, strangely, one of the loneliest. But then I arrived at Magnolia Lane on Masters Monday, and realized I had it all wrong golf.com/news/features/…

@eliash10 Just made a quick Sam’s Club run and grabbed what I thought were two ginormous jars of creamy. Wrong! We both don’t mind crunchy, but much prefer creamy. Expiration date is Jan 4 of ‘28. Hope I’m still around to throw out what’s expired.

It’s refreshing to have an NCAA Championship selection process and program not driven by weeks of biased talking head conference promotion tied to money making TV agreements. Thank you @CBSSports. #NCAASelectionSunday #FinalFour

You get to play 17 at Sawgrass 100 times. How many times are you hitting the green? Each time you play there is: ▶️No wind ▶️140 yards to the hole ▶️Greens are "normal" firmness

@Weatherhack @BryanTweed16 @dkwintersgolf I get it. But isn’t 36” rather arbitrary? I have a fused L5 S1, plus 2 degenerative discs and am not a short man. I have a 37” putter because anything shorter results in golf limiting pain. Let’s just call it nothing longer than Bryson Dechambeau’s irons, 37.5” 😉 #GolfChat

🚨🚨🚨#GOLFCHAT QUESTION #1🚨🚨🚨 Before we discuss #ThePlayers, let's dive into Akshay Bhatia's win at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Do you think he is anchoring his putter or is it no big deal? Should the PGA Tour (and others) change their rules about using long putters?

If you shuffle a deck of cards properly, the exact order you get has almost certainly never existed before in human history and never will again. The number of possible arrangements of 52 cards is 52 factorial, which works out to a number so large that it has 68 digits. To put it in perspective: even if every person who ever lived shuffled a deck once per second since the beginning of the universe, you would still barely scratch the surface of all possible arrangements. So every time you shuffle a deck, you are most likely holding a sequence that is completely unique in the history of the universe.

I'LL SAY IT FOR THE 100TH TIME. by Michael Whelan I’ve learned something over these years—far too many people these days don’t read. Or they arrive fifteen minutes before the end of the movie and then demand you explain the entire film to them. While the show is wrapping up. REALLY? you expect me to do that? UGH! I’m an award-winning documentarian. Storytelling is not a hobby for me; it is my life’s work. And seven years ago, long before things became what they are now, Rebecca and I had a quiet, serious conversation one born of love, fear, and clarity. We talked about my head and neck cancer. We talked about her Parkinson’s. We talked about what was coming. And we made a decision together. We decided that if we were going to tell this story....our story we would tell it honestly. Not the sanitized version. Not the version wrapped in comfort and distance. But the real one. The kind that doesn’t look away. The kind that educates the people who are terrified, newly diagnosed, isolated, and desperate for truth because they have nowhere else to turn. No advocate like me. We wanted to teach about cancer through our lens of experience. About Parkinson’s. About mental health. About caregiving. About love under siege. We agreed I would produce a documentary and write a book—because images matter. Because visuals don’t lie. Because a picture, a moment, a raw frame of reality can say more than a thousand carefully chosen words ever could. This is hard to watch. I know that. But this is what the disease looks like. And ask yourself this would 9/11 have carried the same weight if you never saw the planes hit the towers? If it were only described politely, abstractly, safely? Of course not. Truth is uncomfortable. Reality is disruptive. Education is rarely gentle. This is our life. This is our work. This is our choice. If the truth is too much for you then unfollow. Scroll past. Block me if you need to. I don't care. Really, I don't. But do not ask us to dilute reality so it fits your comfort. That's not our style. Some stories are not meant to be easy. They are meant to be true. This one is raw wrapped in love. Take a different road if that makes you feel better. But don't lecture Rebecca and I what to show, do, or say. We don't give a damn what you think. This will help thousands of families- that I'm sure of. 💙

People ask me all the time my favorite place in America. It’s Sand Hills. It is a world class golf course with eighteen unforgettable holes. You remember every one of them. There is no filler. The land is pure and the golf is the point. The people are kind, humble, and hospitable. There is zero air of pretentiousness and a strong air of tradition, which is very different. It is a gentleman first type place. The membership is small and from what I have heard the dues are incredibly reasonable if you are in. No velvet rope energy. Just respect for the game and for one another. The food is unreal. Red meat from down the road. Simple and done right. Play is fast but casual. Loop as many holes as you want. The clubhouse and lodging are understated and minimal. It is not about amenities. It is about the golf. Dick Youngscap had the foresight to build the clubhouse away from the best piece of land. The golf gets the best land. Ben’s Porch is a simple deck where you can have a drink. There is nothing for miles and miles. Total peace, quiet, and serenity. If I could choose any membership in the world, it would be Sand Hills.

As a golf fan I hate to see what happened to Shane Lowry today. As a citizen of The United States of America and saw live what a douchecanoe @ShaneLowryGolf was at The Ryder Cup I enjoyed seeing his collapse.
