🚨 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗬: 𝗔𝗟-𝗡𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗥 𝟭-𝟭 𝗔𝗟-𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗟 🏟️💔 For those who missed the game, Al Nassr was seconds away from being crowned Champions. Simakan scored at 37' to put Al Nassr 1-0 up. Al-Awwal Park was celebrating the title. In the 98th minute (90+8), a nightmare own goal by Bento tied the game at 1-1. The trophy is delayed. Al Nassr are still 5 points clear but Al Hilal has one game in hand and the party has to wait. Football can be cruel... 💔 But the title race is still on and we stay focused. On to the Asian Final this Saturday! ⚔️🇸🇦

@McTaba01 @yeankhar He is talking about their game with man city. They will play man city on Wednesday. So what he is trying to say, is that crystal palace should at least draw the game.

@PenTitan This was what I told my siblings. They wouldn't have known or seen this game as a do or die game if they were playing against man city. Instead they might just be hoping for a draw while praying that spurs lose or draw too.

The thing I hate about premier league clubs is they never put up the same effort they put against Arsenal with other clubs For example West Ham is facing relegation and we expected them to put up a fight, which they did Now watch them lose their next match because it's not Arsenal

@TheSheepGolden @Kubazooka @NepentheZ If this was today's scenario, the goal would've stood. Raya already had the balls in his hand but those two westham players action caused him to lose the ball.

Raya was having his shirt ripped from his back from 1 West Ham player, and his left hand held down from another. I get this odd passion on X to hate Arsenal, but that was very very clearly a foul.

@NepentheZ Embarrassing goal should 100% have stood nothing different from what Arsenal have done at every corner this season

If he can’t rival Atiku in ordinary primaries na Tinubu he wan defeat for presidential election? This man is humble, frugal and dull. And a lot of Nigerians(including me in the past) have mistaken these traits for leadership strength. His experiences so far with political parties, coupled with his impeachment as a governor are already signs that he can’t keep things together as a leader. He will just be another GEJ. It’s not even just about being weak, he’s dull and always lack ideas.

Fellow Nigerians, good morning. I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you. Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances. We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal. More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism. We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power. Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise. Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them. However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building. Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated. And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions. There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline? Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from. Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

what she's saying is not out of place. There's this bread we used to eat in the East growing up. I started seeing it in lagos recently, and I was happy. Very nice bread. I got one and didn't finish it, left it on the dining, and travelled for a week. When i came back, lo and behold, it was still fresh, like I just bought it. That's how I ran for my life brothers and sisters. Better go to malls that have bakeries and buy fresh breads for avoidance of doubt

“I went to the station to honour the invitation of the AIG over the case of Bon bread that was reported. To the best of my knowledge, everything that happened shows my case was already determined and concluded before I got to the station. I made the video intentionally without mentioning any company. Nigeria has happened to me several times. I arrived at the police station and was treated like a cr!m!nal.” — Ms. Love Dooshima, the woman who went viral over her claim about a loaf of bread, breaks her silence after her encounter at the police station.

Is your father a bastard? If you're hungry for clout, find something else to tweet. You can't be besmirching someone's name for clout. Is it until they start dealing with you people that you'll have sense? I've not been to church since January and I've not left my room today. Nobody knows my car because I never had one.
