@Jack__Needham Do you mean final 12m from partial retirement date? Or 12m preceding actual retirement date?

If you have a 1995 section pension and want to claim it, make sure there is no lease car, bike etc in the final 12m before retirement date. It’s a final sal based pension and uses the best salary in the last 3 years, often the final salary. A lease car will damage the pension
