So @DeanTTraining said to eat beef with taco seasoning and potatoes… he was right.
Then he said eat Greek yogurt to replace all sugary snacks / cravings…. He was right, again.
Now he’s saying I need a ninja creami but can he really be right three times in a row???
I think yes.
So I’ve just ordered a creami.

Copilot Cowork prompt of the day:
This one was simple,
I was literally in bed.
Opened M365 App on iOS and told Copilot Cowork to find 2 separate 1-hour focus blocks for Monday morning.
It checked my calendar.
Found the gaps.
Booked the time.
AGENTS don’t need you sitting at a desk.

🚨❌ Breaking: An official appeal has now been submitted to the premier league by Westham regarding their disallowed goal against Arsenal by PGMOL.

@AlphaPulseGlobe Hmm I wonder why now….
When AI image generation is so strong….
And the government is under a lot of pressure to release the Epstein files…
I really wonder why they’d release this now 🤔🤔🤔🤔

BREAKING: The U.S. Department of War has officially released the first batch of long classified UAP files under a new interagency program called PURSUE marking the most coordinated declassification effort on unidentified aerial phenomena in American history.
And this isn’t a symbolic drop.
It’s backed by the White House, ODNI, DOE, NASA, FBI, AARO, and multiple intelligence agencies. All pushing data into a public facing archive now live at WAR.GOV/UFO.
The rollout follows a direct presidential directive calling for “total transparency” on previously classified UAP encounters.
Inside the announcement, senior officials delivered unusually direct statements:
Pete Hegseth said the department is “in lockstep” with the administration to expose long hidden files that have fueled decades of speculation.
Tulsi Gabbard confirmed this is only the first stage of a rolling declassification effort coordinated across the entire intelligence community.
Kash Patel called it a “historic first,” giving the public unfettered access to UAP records that were previously restricted at multiple security levels.
NASA leadership added that the goal is not just disclosure but clarity on what is known, unknown, and still being investigated.
So what changes today?
For the first time ever:
> UAP files are being released publicly at scale
> Multiple intelligence agencies are synchronized in disclosure
> A live government portal is now open without clearance requirements
> And more datasets are expected to follow in phases
The key detail that’s being overlooked are, This is not a one time document drop. It’s a structured, ongoing declassification pipeline. Which raises a bigger question no one is answering clearly yet.
Why now and what was previously considered too sensitive to release... until today?
The files are live. The system is active. The rollout has begun. And this is only Phase 1.
