In the November 8, 2022, general election for Texas House District 50 (an Austin-area seat that became his after redistricting), James Talarico (D) crushed it with 76.8% of the vote (36,881 votes) against Republican Victor Johnson (20.2%) and Libertarian Ted Brown (2.9%). Evidence being destroyed, non existence of accurate paper trails and courts refusing to examine evidence due to "lack of standing" pretty much guarantees fraud can't be proven. Some people think if fraud can't be proven then it didn't happen. Other people would feel better if auditable paper trails were preserved so that the absence of fraud could be proven.
