Realtors are the most useless, overpaid, profession. They all argue they deserve their commission because they have to take time away from their families to sit at open houses every weekend... In an air-conditioned house, sipping coffee, eating cookies and scrolling through instagram while neighbors walk through to get ideas for their own home upgrades. They argue, "but I'm on call all day, everyday, to be available to my clients." Police officers are on call too, every second of their shift, and unlike you, when you enter a home, you're not at risk of being shot. They argue, but we handle all the nuances that you're not aware of. AI can do everything you can do without the BS and without the guilt trips and without the need to close the deal ASAP because AI doesn't need commission. They argue, "but AI won't put balloons and a bottle of champagne in your house once you get the keys." I can buy my own balloons and bottle of champagne with the amount I'd save on paying you commission.

Every nation on earth has immigration laws. When I travel abroad, I am legally required in most countries I visit to carry my passport on me at all times. Even in the EU this is the case. Why can it not be the case here? This isn't Nazi Germany this is just normal immigration enforcement.

I honestly can’t believe realtors still exist in 2026. Every property I’ve ever bought, I found on my own, I determined my offer etc. the realtor is a glorified assistant for any non-first time buyer. So how is there not a platform that allows for the selling, buying, paperwork generation to cut them out of the process for those who don’t think 6% of sales price is equivalent to the value they offer? Same real estate regulations would apply to the real estate platform. Make Facebook marketplace for property. Have professionals on deck to assist customers through process but don’t charge $50k to basically talk to the seller. What am I missing here? Real estate feels like it’s light years behind the times

Loan pros jumped in my comments saying “illegals can’t buy homes without a Social Security number.” They’re wrong. A rule from 2010 under Obama allowed ITIN loans — meaning you could buy without an SSN — and the Biden administration kept it in place. And before people get triggered: illegal immigrant doesn’t mean Latino. The family in yesterday’s foreclosure wasn’t Latino at all. It means anyone in the country illegally. Also, understand this: the foreclosure process banks use is NOT what you see online. After one missed month, banks put you on an internal list and yes — you start getting visits. That’s the real process, whether people want to hear it or not
