@LondonMarathon Mine arrived today - hooray! 😀 Luckily everything was inside still but it’s a miracle it was as the envelope was basically destroyed.😞 Hermes have told us that my wife’s envelope was so damaged that they have disposed of it. 😢Couldn’t they have been sent in stronger envelopes?

@grantshapps Plus in Italy the whole COVID situation is being managed far better than in the UK! Everyone wears masks everywhere (even in the street), every shop/restaurant has hand sanitiser and our temperatures are taken at every tourist attraction

@grantshapps Arriving back from honeymoon in Sicily on Sunday night - argh! Seems so crazy that 18 extra hours means my wife and I will have to quarantine for two weeks now! 😞☹️ Especially when Sicily has only had 9k COVID cases in total!

@GuardianUS @StephenMarche (2/2). It is everyone’s choice how much or little they spend on their wedding, but the important part is being able to gather together with loved ones (many or few) to celebrate something special. You seem to have missed this point within your arguments.

It was wonderful celebrating with our family and friends and we feel so sad that others can’t have their big day right now. (1/2)

@CrossCountryUK Yes I know that, which is why the journey was timetabled to take 48m instead of the usual 36m. However, even with this extra time factored in, the train was still delayed leaving Derby and slow running, so we arrived at Bham 15m late, making me miss my connection. 😞

@ChrisChilton9 Yes, there is planned engineering works going on today so they're on a diversion route. That's been in journey planners for the past 12 weeks Chris. ^PF

@easyJet Evening flight from Sofia to Gatwick cancelled and when we tried to rebook, no EasyJet flights available until Thursday! Ended up booking a five hour coach transfer to Thessaloniki and a flight home on Ryanair tomorrow evening. Couldn’t get through to EasyJet helpline of course..

@SW_Help My wife and I are heading to Farnborough for our first house viewing, it was booked for 4pm and it’s 4:10pm now and we are still stuck at Woking - looks like we have missed it! 😞 By the time we get there our journey time will have doubled. Absolutely shocking!

@SW_Railway What is happening at Waterloo?! We tried for the 14:20 to Woking, only to be told there was no guard, so we switched to the 14:31, only to be told there is no driver! How difficult is it for the trains to run on time?!

@Hermesparcels Hi Hermes I accidentally put in the wrong postcode for my order (ie work address but home postcode). I’ve asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour instead but the tracking updates have gone quiet now. Can you please advise me who I can contact to resolve?
