Agree,non story, but real estate investors are notoriously low risk - aim is highest return poss from as little of their own funds invested as poss, the rest debt raise on an asset typically always rising. They aren’t used to much larger proportionate spending with riskier returns

This is a bit of a nothing article. It’s quite obvious that your commercial income isn’t going to be as high if you’re not successful or in Europe and continued struggles will make sponsors question things. There’s no greater way to grow revenue for Spurs now than to be successful / regularly in the CL (both in terms of prize money and attracting more commercial income). It’s what makes ENIC’s aversion to risk so baffling.
