Thinking of using our Acadeince data to merge 4 classes (grades 1-2) for explicit, systematic phonics instruction. Boosting tier 1 instruction with focused groups - utilizing the MTSS model. Anyone else try this? Would love your tips/tricks before we trial it. ❤️

I explored the Words Their Way Spelling Inventory with a class the other day and it gave us lots of data on where these students are at. I’m not looking to use the actual program, just the inventory to gain data to inform teaching instruction and next steps. 1/2
