Love this set up with CVB. The band is going to assist counter rotation of the back hip and pull you down the mound. The key is to stay stable on the back leg going into leg lift. If you’re not, the foot will move and you won’t have a stable base to rotate against. When you counter rotate against a stable base you are setting yourself for a positive down stream affect of rotating into foot plant. This is critical to rotate effectively versus just spinning.
