I’m back from Everest Base Camp (5,364m / ~18,000ft) after an absolutely epic 130km trek through the towering mountains of Nepal. We conquered the Khumbu Valley, and got to sit in the shadow of the world's most colossal peak. What a trip. Here are some of my favourite photos from the experience. Namaste

Friend of mine is 35 years old, married and doesn’t want kids. His household income is roughly $300k/yearly and his house is nearly paid off. They invest a good portion of their income for retirement, take multiple yearly vacations and live a nice life. I think people like this are going to regret not having kids in their future. One day when he’s old all he will have to look back on is the random stuff he bought and wasted money on. Instead of putting that money towards having kids and building a family he’s choosing consumerism. This just seems so wasteful and boring to me.

@xemsiv I’m playing it right now. It’s super fun and definitely Atlus. The story is interesting so far and I really like the companions. I can’t stand the art design or the androgynous femboy main character, but otherwise it’s solid.

Metaphor ReFantazio is the next game im going to play.

Man has mental illness. He is not aware what he is doing to saying. He needs help and needs to be brought to the hospital. 🏥 Then deported if illegal. So many do not clearly see when a mental crisis is occurring. People could have escorted him (if necessary with force) to the hospital and severe violence may have potentially been avoided. 🙁

@whackcar @zundamotisuki This is untrue. I travelled all through Japan and the transit experience was the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Orderly, on time, clean, quiet, respectful, efficient. It was absolutely world class. You’ve clearly never been to Japan.

@zundamotisuki Yeah, a Japanese person mocking the Chinese about their behavior at the train station is ironic as hell. Japan has a huge overcrowded trains problem. There is a complete lack of order and decorum about their trains. Be more rational when criticizing others. 😏
