If you have a growing family. It’s natural to take more pics of the first one. Kids notice everything and will look and pics and notice if there are “too many” of earlier ones, so be sure to keep snapping pics of all of the new little ones. They will ask. Trust me.

Once I was invited to ride on a boat with some friends.
I was having a great time, sucking down cold beers out of a cooler and having the wind blow in my face. Even took a turn driving the boat.
It was a glorious day and as we were puttering back to the marina, I wanted to show my appreciation to the boat owner so I offered to top off his fuel tank for him when we got back.
It was something like $250.
It was then that I wanted nothing to do with owning a boat.

Never buy a boat like this. It was nothing but a money pit. I was always wrenching on it and on a good day blasting around the great lakes cost approx. $500 in fuel. Sure it was fun to look at and it did 65 mph, loved the sound of the twin engines but as much as I loved it I hated it. I sold it at a loss but was the best day ever watching it be pulled down the street by someone else.

The eminent domain on homes in Georgia, is in the town of Newnan. Their mayor is James Shepherd, and his page says this: "Newnan has always been 'The City of Homes.' I am focused on smart, sustainable development that protects our neighborhoods."

While I was asleep this morning, just before 8am, my neighbor sat outside drinking his coffee and watched my turned-off, parked Infiniti QX80 roll out of the driveway, through my fence, across the backyard, and flip upside down by the golf course while golfers stood there watching like it was the back nine at Augusta.
