@jackunheard Vance/Rubio but I’m not against Rubio/Vance either. I just believe Vance as president is an upgrade from VP and Rubio as VP is an upgrade from Secretary of State. Either way they will work together as a great team.

I think this chart is not accurate at all. That’s why I asked the criteria. No way in hell anything about Colorado taxes are lower than Missouri’s. Not burden, percentage, or overall dollar number. Maybe taxes compared to wages? But even then I would need to see how this map is rating states because it does not seem accurate in the least bit.

@Chriskyle43 @AA_Millsap Affordability is a lower hurdle when the tax burden is lower. Affordability is more than just taxes. Real estate is cheaper in MO than in CO but yet COs tax burden is (at least according to this chart) lower than MO. That doesn’t mean it is cheaper in CO, because it is not.

Here's how I think about choosing where to live. You're going to get roughly the same mediocre govt services in any state you move to. The country is full of fast-food govt. The real question is how much you are you willing to pay for that?

@GeorgeFrancisIV @AA_Millsap I know! But I’ve lived in both states and I can honestly say I pay way less in taxes and overall everything than I did in Florida. Personal property tax is annoying but my overall taxes were way higher in Florida. Liked the weather a bit more but that’s about it.

This would be good for the GOP for partisan political reasons but it would be bad for the principle of representative government.
Having a district span from South St. Louis to the bootheel disenfranchises voters in the city and the bootheel.

You can easily draw an 8-0 congressional map in Missouri where every district voted for Trump by at least 12 points. Republicans don't have to just settle for dismantling the Kansas City district. They can destroy the St. Louis one as well. With Callais no longer ensuring that Democrats get free Congressional seats based on race, there's no reason to keep this district intact any longer. All 8 of these districts have swung right since 2012, so there's very little risk of this turning into a dummymander.

Candace Owens is back. And she’s already putting a spin on the White House Correspondents Dinner attack. And of course she’s trying to make a new Erika Kirk conspiracy out of it. She basically insinuates that the attack is fake and is being used to garner sympathy for Erika. Saying that the attack will be used as an excuse for Erika to no longer do events. She posted this right after posting about being “confirmed” by the Catholic Church by the way.
