Writing things down encodes them in memory. This simple fact is woefully underutilized in too many classrooms.

Failure is the most important and beautiful concept in mathematics. It catalogues our journey. It clocks our time. It honors our imperfections. It honors the essence of mathematics. No mistakes = No math. In mathematical wholeness, we need all the "arrows" to tell our story.
