More vodafone bullshit - cancelling my dad's broadband and landline for who knows what reason as this is the first he heard about it. Note that they sent the email 2 days after their deadline for him to stop them cancelling his account. Helpful

Coolest thing in this year's #SpotifyWrapped for me: my listening most closely matches listeners in my old home town! Seems like Southampton's listeners are a lot cooler than I realised and also have problems getting their baby to sleep

So, clearly still all useless. Also, every call ending with them saying "Is there anything else I can help you with?" always makes me mad, because I've spoken to loads of people and none of them has really helped me once, so let's just try to do one thing before "anything else"

I am so incredibly angry at how useless @VodafoneUK is. Getting anything done takes months. My mum died in the summer and I still haven't managed to deal with the accounts under her name with them. Like a form submitted in September and not really sorted yet... 1/7

In ridiculous privacy policies: talking on the phone to Volvo about returning my mum's car, because she died, and I'm told that the only person they can speak to about the specifics of the account is the account owner, my mum... Hope they're employing a medium

Feels hard to claim this wasn't targeted? We wouldn't be talking about it if a random wedding had orange confetti? Also, after that whole email thing, surely this is the part of the day that they would be able to laugh about, so it's ridiculous to feel sympathy over *this*

@FreyaManslayer Obviously men can't do it if they haven't been taking the hormones that support breast development and milk production and it's unsurprising that men don't take those hormones unless they're transitioning, whereas transwomen are far more likely to want to take those hormones
