Can someone please ask Thenjy @VirginAtlantic retail to respond to my email? I just want a full refund for the poor quality ‘Diana’ jumper that’s been ongoing since January. I don’t care to wait for the ‘feedback’ from the warehouse, I just want my money back pls 🙏
