@Frejkochmathews I do everything separate so I can more easily test what may or may not be working by simply adding 1 thing in/taking 1 thing out at a time
& it’s really not that expensive given most supps last 2-4 months & are covering more expensive foods you would need to buy to get the same

@Frejkochmathews Yeah these choices are fine-tuned to optimize based on my specific bio markers - so it will depend on what your specific bio markers show, then you decide which specific supps save you the most in calories, time/convenience, & cost from there > getting them from food.

@ChristianJsays Have you tested doing less supplements and how it affects your performance and biomarkers? Im always curious what the minimum is other than diet, exercise and sleep

@PlantIt420 I wouldn’t say I have everything 100% figured out - but if it were me personally/ what I do is - take a zinc supp & copper supp to save calories, time, & money - both come out < $5/month if taken daily - even less if every other day. ✅

@ChristianJsays Yeah grok said the same thing. I've now started eating pumpkin seeds everyday. Do you think that's enough for zinc or should I just take another zinc supplement?

@PlantIt420 Yeah you wanna get your zinc above 80 but your iron levels are great!
I would eat/supp more zinc daily & balance with copper in a 10:1 ratio

@ChristianJsays I take 8 mg of zinc with complement essential multivitamin
Blood test says zinc is at 67 mcg/dl
Iron 125 mcg/dl
Ferritin 106 mcg/dl

@PlantIt420 Do you take a daily zinc supp?
The Now l-optizinc 30mg I take almost daily actually has 0.3mg copper w/ it for this reason but it wasn’t enough
so this is the additional copper supp I take now

@ChristianJsays I haven't tested copper yet. Probably should. I've noticed my hair thinning the last year or so. And started seeing a couple white hairs in my beard now.
