Top 1% Sleep. 3 hrs 47 mins of Deep & REM sleep last night in ~8 hrs of Total Sleep. Rebalanced copper/zinc/iron levels & sticking to my simple daily stack. No phone 1-2 hrs b4 bed Now Ashwaganda 30 mins b4 bed Safe to say I’m ready to conquer the day! 💪🌱🌍🧬⚡️💤 ✅

My Simple Stack that has me Outperforming 99.9% of Men > Age 30: Daily/EOD: Algae Oil Omega 3s Vitamin D3 Zinc+Copper Vitamin K2 - mk4/7 Beetroot powder Turmeric + Ginger Creatine 6mg Boron - on 2 wks/off 1 1-2x Week: 1000mcg methyl b12 12-1500mg NAC WFPB diet. Exercise.

@Frejkochmathews I do everything separate so I can more easily test what may or may not be working by simply adding 1 thing in/taking 1 thing out at a time & it’s really not that expensive given most supps last 2-4 months & are covering more expensive foods you would need to buy to get the same

+ Now organic sea kelp for iodine & Now Pea Protein for 1-2 protein shakes daily/EOD - my lead levels were optimal last check & I’ve never had thyroid issues. + testing Now Ashwaganda 30 mins b4 bed & seems to be working well so far 💤 got my highest sleep score last night ✅

@Frejkochmathews Yeah these choices are fine-tuned to optimize based on my specific bio markers - so it will depend on what your specific bio markers show, then you decide which specific supps save you the most in calories, time/convenience, & cost from there > getting them from food.

@PlantIt420 I wouldn’t say I have everything 100% figured out - but if it were me personally/ what I do is - take a zinc supp & copper supp to save calories, time, & money - both come out < $5/month if taken daily - even less if every other day. ✅

@PlantIt420 Yeah you wanna get your zinc above 80 but your iron levels are great! I would eat/supp more zinc daily & balance with copper in a 10:1 ratio

@PlantIt420 Do you take a daily zinc supp? The Now l-optizinc 30mg I take almost daily actually has 0.3mg copper w/ it for this reason but it wasn’t enough so this is the additional copper supp I take now

Copper deficiency was caused by my 30mg daily zinc supp - so I added in a 3mg copper supp to balance them out & everything went back to normal/optimized so if you take a zinc supp daily for the testosterone boosting/immune benefits be sure to pair ~10:1 w/ copper ✅
