Conor McGregor lost because of his Nike TNs. Which ruined his biomechanics. Most people don't realise that large soles collapse the foot's arch. This alters stability, causing the body to compensate and turn the legs and feet outward. It is clearly visible that his gait has changed; he walks with duck feet. When you walk like that, it weakens the ankles, and this is what led to his round 1 injury. Even if you are the best fighter in the world, you still can't replace natural human design. We are supposed to train barefoot. McGregor returned to the octagon, but his biomechanics did not.

I’ve worked with a number of guys at this point who claim to hate “flowy” pants. Aka pants that aren’t super slim / tapered at the ankle. A quick lesson in proportion for you (longer version on my Substack). But if you have THICK THIGHS then you actually want to opt for a pant that is more “flowy”. In man terms this actually means looser, straighter, or more athletic fit. If the pants cling too tightly to the thighs then taper at the calf / ankle, you’re going to look top heavy. And your feet will look disproportionately small. A STRAIGHT LEG or relaxed fit pant will create a continuous line from the widest part of your thigh down to your ankle. Which then creates a clean, vertical column instead of a sharp taper. LAST THING. Size up in the waist to give your thighs some room. Have a tailor tuck in your waist. You want the pants to fit in the thighs. And if you have skinny legs, a slim/skinny fit will be fine on you.

🚩¿Vacaciones largas o varias vacaciones cortas?
