@ellobosalvaje @Vegitosama I remember you talking about goata probably 5 years ago and blew my mind. I don’t do goata anymore but i still follow the principles of natural movement. I love watching guys like @LionheartBam and their content.

For the 100th time I would like to remind you that GOATA is real! Mcgregor used to have impeccable movement but he lost it over time through a process called “decoding” You can only get away with these negative patterns for so long. The world seems to still be completely confused as to why this stuff happens, buts it’s all easily explainable. The rise in lower body non contact injuries is explainable. The rise in hip and knee replacements is explainable. It’s time to accept it. Ditch the bulky and narrow shoes. Get reconnected with the ground and start working on your mechanics. The Fascia Company@fasciacompany

Conor McGregor lost because of his Nike TNs. Which ruined his biomechanics. Most people don't realise that large soles collapse the foot's arch. This alters stability, causing the body to compensate and turn the legs and feet outward. It is clearly visible that his gait has changed; he walks with duck feet. When you walk like that, it weakens the ankles, and this is what led to his round 1 injury. Even if you are the best fighter in the world, you still can't replace natural human design. We are supposed to train barefoot. McGregor returned to the octagon, but his biomechanics did not.

@VilleLindVille strong nocturnal erections mean blood flow and T are dialed. Good sign. occasionally waking with a strong one, feeling fine, good sleep otherwise = totally normal,

Dick Maxxing 2.0: (penis health) **your dick is the check-engine light for your whole cardiovascular system** - Morning wood is the single most over looked health point. The penile arteries are small (~1–2mm) vs. coronary arteries (~3–4mm). Endothelial dysfunction and plaque hit the small vessels first — so ED often precedes a heart attack by 3–5 years. - Tissue oxygenation = a healthy penis. Erections flush the tissue with oxygenated blood… Poor flow → fibrosis → lost elasticity → worse erections → more fibrosis. A spiral. This is why vascular health matters beyond the pump — you’re preventing the decline of your penis. Regular erections are maintenance, not just performance. - Nocturnal Erections: healthy men get ~3–5 erections per night during REM, totaling ~1–3 hours… this is the penis maintenance dose, and it’s the majority of your tissue oxygenation. Good sleep = full REM cycles = your nightly maintenance runs. Poor sleep —robs you of the erections that matter most for tissue health. - Maintain healthy Estradiol (20–40 pg/mL) Everyone chases high T and low body fat. But E2 drives libido and Erection quality . - No Smoking/vaping — Pure vascular poison. Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor and tobacco wrecks endothelial function — one of the most direct, reversible EQ killers. Quitting shows up in EQ within weeks-to-months. Underrated because it’s not sexy advice, but it’s high-ROI. - Desensitization is the real EQ killer. Before blaming blood flow: high-novelty stimulation recalibrates what your brain responds to. Strong morning wood but weak real-life EQ = the problem’s upstream, and no citrulline or tadalafil touches it. Most overlooked fix in the space. (Sensitivity maxxing coming soon)

discovered dolby atmos remasters recently and I regret to inform you that music apparently has been in black and white this whole time. even on my budget, sub $1k setup (2x sonos era 300s) albums i've heard 500 times suddenly grew a third dimension, almost making me cry. WHY IS NOBODY TALKING ABOUT THIS. switched from spotify to apple music purely for this and I'd do it again in front of daniel ek's family. its insanely good - do yourself a favor and go hear it.

@staudt_dev @adamdotdev Honestly, I'm not looking to go vegan, just rely less on meat as a whole, mainly because my girlfriend can't eat beef, so I don't want meat heavy meals and want to have more choices than chicken or turkey and pork, so I'm okay also avoiding tofu lol.

wide pants are the safest way to NOT look like a complete idiot. most men dont understand this. “these looks stupid, be a man.” you look like a bozo and your fashion sucks. why are you wearing hokas and jeans? the tighter the fit of pants the more dialed everything else has to be. if youre a lazy sack of shit (like me) then wear wide(er) pants. look way better at LOWER EFFORT. can get away with cheap ass shoes, or sandals or basic hoodie. this is 100% the freest way to look better on a daily basis.
dante tweet media
rachel@rachcorrine

I’ve worked with a number of guys at this point who claim to hate “flowy” pants. Aka pants that aren’t super slim / tapered at the ankle. A quick lesson in proportion for you (longer version on my Substack). But if you have THICK THIGHS then you actually want to opt for a pant that is more “flowy”. In man terms this actually means looser, straighter, or more athletic fit. If the pants cling too tightly to the thighs then taper at the calf / ankle, you’re going to look top heavy. And your feet will look disproportionately small. A STRAIGHT LEG or relaxed fit pant will create a continuous line from the widest part of your thigh down to your ankle. Which then creates a clean, vertical column instead of a sharp taper. LAST THING. Size up in the waist to give your thighs some room. Have a tailor tuck in your waist. You want the pants to fit in the thighs. And if you have skinny legs, a slim/skinny fit will be fine on you.

4 year late is better than never but you might want to ask why you didn’t know something Cerno did. Blood Builder (5-7 pills) once a week gets those levels right up. But take them with water only and several hours after coffee or exercise, for better absorption.

Bryan Johnson@bryan_johnson

I had low iron for 11 years. Yes, even when I ate meat, my ferritin was low and averaged 38 ng/mL. I’ve finally boosted it back to healthy levels. You can see my protocol below. On the surface, my low ferritin was easy to dismiss by most standards of care. Most doctors miss this or don't investigate it deeply enough, including mine during those years. I get it. The human body is complicated and the science is constantly evolving. My hemoglobin and hematocrit were normal. Ferritin measures stored iron, while hemoglobin measures circulating iron, and because the body drains its reserves first to keep hemoglobin normal, you can be fully iron deficient with a perfectly normal hemoglobin and hematocrit. This is why my low ferritin kept getting dismissed: the numbers that define anemia looked fine, so no one asked why my iron reserves wouldn't refill. During these 11 years, before doing health stuff and when on my longevity protocol, I sadly did not fully understand how important iron was to my body. Now, everywhere I look, I see iron playing a central role. Still, during those 11 years, I tried everything to fix it, including eating meat and every type of oral iron supplementation, using every timing trick and every formulation. None of the iron would stick and we couldn’t figure out why. I overhauled my medical team earlier this year. With greater capacity, we revisited everything. Then we discovered my autoimmune gastritis (AIG). With AIG, my stomach doesn't make enough acid to absorb iron. The only route left was to bypass the gut and deliver it intravenously. Most people treat anemia as the threshold to watch. But long before hemoglobin drops, low iron starves the enzymes your cells depend on: the ones your mitochondria use to make energy, synthesize DNA, build dopamine and other neurotransmitters, and power immune defense. That is why you can feel fatigue, brain fog, and worse endurance even with normal hemoglobin and an otherwise "normal" iron panel. We did a deep dive on possible iron infusion therapies. I ended up getting a 1000mg monoferric infusion. Why we chose Monoferric: > Monoferric is more tolerable, allowing a higher dose of up to 1000 mg > a complete replenishment dose in one infusion > other IV irons require multiple infusions (3-5) > head-to-head randomized trials show it causes hypophosphatemia in only about 8% of patients compared to 74% with Injectafer > its most common side effects are mild nausea and rash occurring in roughly 1% of patients > other options, including Iron dextran (INFeD), carries a black-box FDA warning for potentially life-threatening allergic reactions and requires a mandatory test dose before each new treatment course > it's very expensive. Your doctor can write a letter to your insurance company to justify medical necessity. Ferritin levels post infusion: + 205 ng/mL 2 weeks post infusion + 195 ng/mL 4 weeks post infusion Our target is 80 ng/mL. We will continue to monitor. Levels are expected to settle around 6-8 weeks post-infusion. The lessons I’ve learned: + don’t mess with low iron + don’t accept it as ok + it could be pointing to a more serious problem + try your preferred method to correct: meat, supplements, etc. + and if it doesn’t correct, investigate why, and consider an infusion
