@MBTA you really need to have drivers turn on the AC specially on packed Fenway trains. Second day in a row now only is the AC not on but the heat is.

@Starbucks How come order ahead always lists the wait time as 3-6 or 4-7 minutes before I order and then once I do, it jumps to 13-18 minutes? Very disrespectful of customers. Be honest with the wait time before you sucker someone into ordering.

@MBTA How come we always have massive shutdowns to fix the signal system and then still have CONSTANT signal problems? 🤔

@MBTA It’s not free access at Back Bay Station - you’re charging people to take the green line and then charging them again trying to board the Orange Line at Back Bay. Really not right to charge people twice for this mess of a commute.

@MBTA As usual, no response to my comment yesterday about double charging us and see that it’s still happening. Glad to see that you guys figured out a way to rip us off in addition to giving us a terrible commute.

@MBTA Why are you charging at Back Bay orange line station? Why am I being charged twice as a C line customer for (yet another) horrible MBTA experience?

@shipveho Absolutely the worst shipping company ever - every package that involves @shipveho gets misdelivered or lost. Terrible customer service. Bunch of 🤡🤡 who should be embarrassed by their utter incompetence.

All shipping partners talk about cost. Few talk about value. The real question isn’t “How cheap can I ship?” but “What’s the return on every shipment?” Your partners should deliver reliability and a customer experience that drives loyalty. #ecommerce #lastmiledelivery

@MBTA Yes but why did we have to wait around 25 minutes during rush hour (another train was expressed passed us)? Shouldn’t the train frequency be better than that?

@RepSwalwell This statement actually sums up the current Democratic Party succinctly. Destroy something built using private funds due to personal hatred and waste federal money to destroy it.

Don’t even think of seeking the Democratic nomination for president unless you pledge to take a wrecking ball to the Trump Ballroom on DAY ONE.

.@Starbucks I have to say, closing SO many locations in Boston/Brookline MA was a great way to destroy the brand loyalty you’d built with me. And the 20+ min waits at the few surviving locations? No thanks…

@MBTA No it’s not a signal problem. I was on the train. Your C line driver literally went down the E line track and created this mess.

.@MBTA so just now your C line driver messed up and went down the E line track and basically the whole green line is shut down. The level of incompetence truly is stunning.

@MBTA why are there always so few C-line trains during the evening rush-hour commute? I’ve been noticing fewer and fewer of them and right now it’s over 20+ minutes between trains going outbound.

@MBTA C line train inbound this morning a little while ago (possibly 7714) had an AC problem - good job by the driver for picking it up and addressing it quickly and well. Hope you tell him.

@adamfeuerstein Well, wouldn’t be more accurate to say FDA declined to approve early on the current data submitted? I think there’s the HOPE-3 trial data and company plans to resubmit with that?
