@Hertz gave my PREPAID vehicle to another person. Prepay means nothing. Gold circle means nothing. Customers mean nothing. @hertz_sp Leader in global mobilization? Rockbottom. This is unacceptable-Hertz should be held accountable.

@Hertz You gave someone else my PREPAID car. It was gone when I arrive to pick up and the manager said- no more cars - sorry. I told him I paid for a car- he said - oh well, sorry. How do you fix this????
