Having the most ridiculous day with a @Hertz rental car. Brand new Kia broke down and after 8 hours waiting for roadside assistance to come help us we had to enlist a friend to come save us. So ridiculous.

order No. 8312762 paid and agreed for an out of hours collection. @OKMobilityCorp took the money but were not at the airport to handover car so I had to book with @Hertz who saved the day. They are refusing to answer the phone and emails.

arrived at Burlington on time at 2:30. Unfortunately @Hertz at Burlington doesn’t follow its own late policy of staying open beyond normal operating hours for late flights and now we are sleeping on the airport floor waiting for hertz to open again at 6am!
our morning flight was delayed 2 hours for a mechanical issue which means we missed our connecting flight which has since been delayed 4 times and what was supposed to be a 1:30 flight has turned into an 11:30 flight 🥲
