Trounced a musk fanboy so bad he deleted the entire thread of him "winning." Shout out to @HenricoSM for embarrassing himself so bad that he needed to delete everything and pretend it never happened.

@JohnnyT3ars @fvckerysprinkle Where's the nonsense? You're over here saying citizens should own rocket launchers, but then trying to dictate how others express themselves? How unserious is that? x.com/i/status/17804…

@GuntherEagleman @StephenKing @davidhogg111 Machine guns are protected by the 2nd Amendment. Grenade launchers are protected by the 2nd Amendment. Tanks, fighter jets, anti aircraft missiles... 2nd Amendment. Hell, one day someone is going to invent a particle-beam gun and that fucker is going to be protected by 2A too.

@chinmarinero @cy1nus Not really relevant to the conversation. My point was: renting a 6 bedroom 2 bathroom house in 1980 was a LOT more achievable.

@cy1nus I had a 6 br, 2ba one that I paid $150/mo. all bills paid, including cable back in 1980. It wasn't a house, but was at one time a boarding house. Guy that owned it just wanted someone to live there because the other half was full of his storage stuff.

@fvckerysprinkle @CliffParent And she got a simple answer. "I'm not spending my weekend grading papers," is not rude. It's not unprofessional. It's a simple statement. You're just looking for reasons to be upset.

So my daughter had a test and asked her teacher if she was going to grade them over the weekend so she could know her grade on Monday. Her teachers reply “I’m not spending my weekend grading papers.” Okay then.. moving forward my children will not spending their after school hours doing hours of homework. They will not spending their weekend working on projects. They can do that during school time then.

@CriticalZaku @tomwanderer They're literally adapting more chapters from the books. Also, Colbert was a consultant on the films already because Jackson knew Colbert knows the books better than most anyone alive. Y'all are just looking for reasons to be mad at this point.

@tomwanderer There are definitely threads to be pulled for sequels from Tolkien. Why they’d go down this route makes no sense.

This is so legitimately disrespectful to Tolkien and his legacy. I’m irate. Firstly Colbert is a poser, he may know the names and the years but he fundamentally misunderstands the message and the core of the story as it doesn’t align with his worldview, thus the very soul of this project will be tainted with themes antithetical to Tolkien’s work. Secondly, these are ideas Tolkien never would have even wanted. You can argue with The Hunt for Gollum that it’s at least just telling stuff already in the novel. But a whole new secondary adventure, when his appendices and his manuscripts in HoME already explain the lives these characters lived, and peaceful ones at that? Absolutely not This is a blatant disregard for lore, sure, but more importantly this is a disregard of Tolkien entirely. Disgusting.
Variety@Variety

NEW 'LORD OF THE RINGS' MOVIE Stephen Colbert is co-writing "The Lord of the Rings: Shadow of the Past" (working title), which will go into production after "The Hunt for Gollum." The synopsis: "Fourteen years after the passing of Frodo - Sam, Merry, and Pippin set out to retrace the first steps of their adventure. Meanwhile, Sam’s daughter, Elanor, has discovered a long-buried secret and is determined to uncover why the War of the Ring was very nearly lost before it even began." Colbert is co-writing the script with his son, Peter McGee, and franchise veteran Philippa Boyens. variety.com/2026/film/news…

@NACHOS2D_ @central838 It's absolute trash. If you're doing this for engagement, find a new schtick. If you honestly can't see that this is total shit, then you need to disconnect and touch grass for a bit, your brain might be fried.

@jackunheard Yeah, they’re showing their support for how he lowered gas prices. Because even with everything that’s going on. Gas prices right now are still lower than what they were when Biden was president

The left is now putting Trump “I did that” stickers on gas pumps across the country to mimic the viral Biden stickers. Can they do anything original? 🤣

@the_jefferymead @MarioNawfal I think you’re wasting time criticizing this post. I doubt that Mario is interested in actual facts or serious debate. This is probably an attempt to attract attention and followers. This is clout chasing, not truth seeking.

@JibbbChapo @xFaeryPrincessx @CptTortillas_ @ratxgurl People who work for tips are paid below minimum wage. The tips are intended to supplement their hourly wage and make it a living wage. The non tipped employees are paid at least minimum wage. Tips aren't intended for them. They're supposed to be paid a living wage already.

I never said abolish tips or make servers keep everything, read again. I said she shouldn't bitch about sharing with the team that literally helps her make those fat tips. Bussers/host enable more tables/more money for her. Mad at boss for low base pay/system, not coworkers. Your false dichotomy is the ass move here.

@JibbbChapo @xFaeryPrincessx @CptTortillas_ @ratxgurl A good chunk of this seems like your own personal issues that you need to deal with. If you're advocating for abolishing tips and just paying everyone a living wage that's one thing. But, if you're just advocating for tipped employees to make less money, you might be an ass.

Servers aren't living off government subsidies, they are making $1900 a night and still complaining about having to share with the people that contributed to the success of the service.i.e A bubbly person to greet and seat me. A Hot clean plate to serve hot delicious food on and a beautiful girl to come ask me how my food tastes when I have a steaming heap of it shoved it my mouth. She should be mad at her boss, Instead she thought to take from the people experiencing the same issue as her. Your pivoting what is being argued to a completely irrelevant point and insulting me like I can't comprehend what she is saying. Bot or not, try staying on topic.

@JibbbChapo @xFaeryPrincessx @CptTortillas_ @ratxgurl I believe that Full-time Walmart employees should be paid enough that they don't need to collect food stamps. Now, am I "taking from my fellow American?" Or pointing out that their employer is stealing from tax payers to keep their own costs down?

Same thing happened to a friend of mine
Jan Jekielek@JanJekielek

“You either need to transition your child or you don’t get to keep your child.” Attorney Erin Friday says California Child Protective Services can threaten parents who refuse to use their child’s preferred pronouns. She told me she feared calling the police when her 13 year old daughter ran away because she worried CPS would take her child. “My daughter, who was 13 years old, just starting high school, was secretly socially transitioned at school.” “The school started to call my daughter by a male name, use male pronouns.” “When I called the school and told them to stop, that next week Child Protective Services was at my door.” “The next day, the police.” “That was an immediate alert to me that the school wants to parent my child.” “If I didn’t follow and call my daughter a boy, Child Protective Services may come and take my child away.” “Parents in Southern California had lost custody of their children because they wouldn’t transition their daughter.” “I already had a black mark, and a few months later my daughter ran away.” “The normal thing for a parent to do is to ask law enforcement to help find your child… but I couldn’t make that phone call.” “Because Child Protective Services can swoop in anytime and take my child.” “It’s coercion at its highest level.” “You don’t get to parent your child.” “This is America. This is insane.” @erinfriday75490

@IgorForHire @AesPolitics1 It's wild to me that no one talks about the auditing company, Cyber Ninjas – that turned out to have never existed before they were put in charge of dismantling voting machines in swing states in 2020. Or the fact that they dissolved the company as soon as their "audit" was done.
