I'm consulting in Phoenix the next few months, and everything's gone wrong. My computer crashed day 1, while fixing it, I glanced out the window to see my tire go flat. And it's been 112 nearly every day. What circle of hell am I in? The Hell of Cascading Operational Bullshit Canto for Circle 7.5 Here wander those condemned by broken things, their days undone by failures stacked in chains. The sun beats down like judgment from above, and every task births two more in its wake. Doomed to drag endless crates through furnace‑heated air, while cascading password failures mock their toil, and engines cough like beasts longing for death. No solace comes, save brief reprieve at dusk, when cats appear to offer ongoing grief. This is the realm where order goes to die, the endless hell of cascading operational failures, where every fix reveals another fault, and progress limps through mental fog and blistered hands.

WTH are you talking about, most men I know go to the gym to stay in shape, avoid heart attack and stroke, feel more healthy... And burn off that pizza they ate over the weekend. None of that has to do with "gender affirming" anything... My Ex GF was a competitive body builder, and that wasn't "gender affirming" either, just pushing herself to see results.

At a festival, someone took a photo of me from behind (excuse the hair, curly girls know), and I noticed something: my back, it is so clear! As a teenager, I had back acne. Later it became the occasional spot that always seemed to leave a mark. Now my skin is smoother and more even than I can ever remember. Even my mom was shocked because she knows what it used to look like! (She was also very impressed with the skin on my face and is asking me how I did it!!) The biggest change I made this year? I spent alot more time in the sun. Plain and simple I can't say that's the whole reason, but it's been one of the biggest lifestyle changes I've made this year, and the improvement has been incredible!

@DrClownPhD Sometimes the work is half the fun... I'm lucky enough that my work started out as my hobby. If I retired, I'd retire to my hobby, which in this case would be my work... It's not rocket chemistry.

I don’t understand people who are rich enough to simply enjoy life but choose to keep working even more... I hope they understand that life ends, and it can happen much sooner than they think.

@AD90346705 @elonmusk Let me guess, you didn't study American tax structure where you live in Australia... Then maybe you shouldn't comment, since it makes you look uninformed and foolish.

@elonmusk Most of you look at your bank accounts. Now think about how far away you are to a million dollars. Then 10million.. Then 100 million.. Then Billion dollars! Understand Elon is further away from a billionaire than you are to a billionaire. Yet he still pays less taxes than you🤦🏻‍♂️

A lot of people don't realize that when dealing with extremist groups (not the mainstream Muslim faith), some of these factions believe that wherever they establish a mosque or presence, that territory becomes theirs by divine right. It’s part of their ideological method of conquest, not a teaching of Islam. For example, when extremist groups talk about the historical Muslim conquest of Spain, they frame the Reconquista as land being stolen from them. They treat Al‑Andalus as territory that was divinely theirs, regardless of how it was originally taken. This isn’t a mainstream Muslim belief; it’s an extremist interpretation used to justify territorial entitlement. While we should be concerned with those extremist factions, it’s not about the mainstream Muslim faith or the many Muslims who reject this ideology entirely. My concern is with the groups that preach conquest, divine ownership of territory, and eliminationist rhetoric, not with the peaceful majority who want nothing to do with that worldview. And regardless, I figure you're either a sheep, a wolf, or a sheepdog... Be a sheepdog, stay armed and vigilant.

@listentoshabda @omgsidewalks If you take away people's incentive to be productive, they become lethargic and depressed. It's a proven result. UBI would destroy people on an individual level, that's a proven fact.

@omgsidewalks Universal Basic Income would work this way, because if you become incarcerated the payment no longer goes to you. Also, a parent could stay home and provide care without being broke.

Police DO NOT prevent crime; they respond to it. Crime is prevented by higher wages, guaranteed health care, food security, high-quality child care, housing, good schools, and addiction treatment.

@omgsidewalks Maybe that's how you imagine it would work where you live in Africa... But studies have shown, if you take away people's incentive to be productive, and to work for what they need, they become lethargic, depressed and give up.

My mom got a bad therapist back in the early 1990s. It was pretty obvious he was leading her down the primrose path. I could see the change, and it wasn’t for the better. I tried talking to her about it, but she kept saying she trusted him. In the end she took her own life. She became convinced that all of her children’s problems were caused by her. In my own experience, I’ve had two great therapists and one who just seemed to yawn her way through the sessions. The two who helped me would take something in my life that was causing problems now and help me work backward to the root cause, often self‑sabotage. You can imagine that after finding my mother in that condition, I needed some therapy of my own.

This woman says she's scared of losing her therapist of 7 years. My question is - if she's been in therapy that long, why does it seem like there hasn't been any improvement? Therapy seems to be another system that has been hijacked by Leftists, with the goal of hurting more than healing, because broken people are easier to control.

I actually warned a lot of friends and other people about joining follow trains and farming engagement. I think I saved several people from getting suspended. Let’s just say the ones who listened made the right call...

@ConnieD365 @Oilfield_Rando They pick up at a weird place, it's confusing. You need to watch the whole first season to figure it out. I read the books after, well, listened to them... The books are better.

I'm happy to explain to the best of my understanding... They're in a Cybertruck, from what I can see, he's letting the truck Auto drive for the first time... She's playfully freaking out, "this is going to give me contractions" (LOL). The kid in the back is agreeing with her, though being a kid, doesn't understand trucks don't drive themselves, but the glee and palpable tension is contagious, he's having fun being involved. The part I love is the interaction between the three of them, this is obviously a happy family sharing a new experience, and excited for the one on the way.

@elonmusk Imagine looking at someone calling out massive systemic inequality and writing it off as a temper tantrum because they don't personally own a palace. Heinrich Marx completely missed the point of his son's work, and honestly, so is anyone acting like this is a sick burn.
