He’s also criticised Simeone and his theatrics on the touchline, that he’s just walking about, Gerard had to remind him that Arteta was also doing the pacing about on the touchline, same as Simeone, before himself and Martin Keown kept quiet. Whenever he’s on commentary, especially Real Madrid games, you just know the side he’s on. He’s a pundit or a commentator and should not show bias. Always showing bias, always…and then there’s Martin Keown, an ex-Arsenal player reflecting his obvious bias also. Do they think it’s Arsenal TV or what?

One thing Arsenal have done that has shocked me this season is how they continuously get that win. They can be so bad, but they win, especially when they break you with their evil set piece. Prior to today, they’ve only played 6 short corners in 33 games. Today, they played 3 short corners in the first half alone. You don’t get it, they were training on how to outscore Man City and win games obviously, but they trained more on corners than actually playing football. They even brought a new strategy for corners today, and guess what, it worked on the 3rd attempt. At the beginning of the season, I predicted this style of football to be unsustainable, but I really applaud them, the way they win, still. They’re top of the premier league and semi finalist in the champions league. This is dark brethren.

But it’s also not my fault that I grew up watching Arsenal on TV rather than supporting the club that plays in my backyard every weekend. Let me remind you all that football has no race, no color, and no language. It’s the one sport that unites us, especially here in Africa. I will only accept that we are “lesser fans” if @Arsenal declares today that Africans are not welcome to support this club. This is a club that has historically promoted Black culture and community, and it will forever remain our beloved club in Africa. Whether in London or in my small village in Ibadan, I will love this club until my last breath. Arsenal is home for everyone. You cannot prove that you love this club more than I do. I’m sticking with this club until the very end, and I still strongly believe we will achieve big things this season. I’m a true Gooner from Nigeria. Y’all can go and fuck yourselves, I don’t care.
