A doctor in our facility just resigned this week further reducing our work force. That aside, he resigned because he wants to go for NYSC, mind you he is GMC certified, married with kids. As UK is no longer looking rosy he wants to do NYSC so he can start is residency, that's why I will keep telling people, immediately after HJ do your residency before working as an MO. Imagine going to do NYSC after over 5 years of graduation and leaving your family behind.
