May not be fully biased.

@dar_sali @G27Status Metro is a post apocalypse series, but to vaguely quote 4A and the author "We want to show the apocalypse in how it would be. Not glorifying it, or making it a theme park" Real, gritty, dark, but with sparks of hope. It's a phenomenonal trilogy so far.

@lincplaysgames @trad_west_ The first game is alot more on the nose with the Christian beliefs. Henry wants to be a good Christian, to find salvation after his parents death. The sequel is more political and action based. Religion is still there, and an active part as Henry wants to do right by God (1/2)

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance there is a quest that forces you to live the Rule of St. Benedict. In the quest "A Needle in a Haystack," you have to infiltrate a monastery to find a killer. But you can't just run around. You have to become a novice monk. The game forces you to follow the actual schedule of 15th-century monks (in-game ofc not real time): >Wake up at 4:00 AM for Matins (Prayer). >Go to the Scriptorium to copy Latin texts. >Eat in silence. >Observe the Vow of Silence. If you miss Mass or are caught sneaking around, the Circators throw you in solitary confinement. It teaches you that the "Monastic Life" wasn't a vacation; it was a discipline of iron.

Honestly, the mod is 100% the best video game that will ever be made in the ASOIAF universe. If you're a fan, it can't really disappoint you, so buying CK3 on sale is a steal

@cronotekk78769 @bloodonacross There are a few reasons but predominantly; They don't know it's fake, and two the big anti-slavery mark. The andals are the only people in ASOISF outside of the braavosi, and maybe the first men, to actively go against slavery. That's why it gathered so much support (1/2)
