🚨 Update Trade Republic Une update s’impose. Premièrement, les attaques personnelles contre Matthias Baccino sont inacceptables et n’apportent aucune qualité au débat. Deuxièmement, je souhaite souligner la transparence lors du Live : il est assez rare d’avoir le point de vue d’un « dirigeant » sur des affaires aussi sensibles. Je pense que le débat soulevé autour du SAV de TR était légitime ; j’ai personnellement reçu des centaines de DM de gens qui voulaient simplement avoir une réponse « humaine ». Plusieurs questions s’imposent après cet épisode : Que faire si vous avez des fonds bloqués ? Soyez patients, l’affaire semble être bien remontée et il est probable que ce soit en train d’être fixé. Est-ce que le FUD doit continuer ? Non, Trade Republic va laver son linge sale en famille. La promesse d’une amélioration du SAV est louable et je la pense probable à moyen terme. Attendez-vous quand même à voir beaucoup de vidéos sur le sujet à court terme, là où plusieurs opportunistes vont surgir (YouTube étant en décalage de X). Est-ce que je recommande TR ? Non, pour moi le projet est, comme l’a indiqué à juste titre Matthias, en « hypergrowth » : il semble pour le moment avoir du mal à « scaler ». De plus, l’interdiction des PFOF en juin 2026 va indubitablement faire monter les frais/spreads. Est-ce que ça va s’améliorer ? Je l’espère, afin d’alimenter une saine compétition entre les brokers. Dernièrement, Là où je partage l’opinion de Matthias et pourquoi j’ai refusé de collaborer avec les médias mainstream qui auraient profité de ça pour discréditer « le vilain capitalisme » Le réel combat, c’est celui de l’éducation financière des Français et, in fine, l’enrichissement de nos compatriotes. Certes, les problèmes de SAV sont inacceptables, le PFOF est questionnable. Mais cela reste subsidiaire face à la quête principale. Espérons que cet épisode ait apporté une certaine pierre à notre écosystème. « Y’a que les cons qui changent pas d’avis »

@DanielLockyer These metrics make tRPC seem even more like nonsense. If they're going full RPC anyway, then why not use grpc and get all the protobuf benefits for free? So much time invested in tech that will always be, by design, inferior to existing solutions.
