@ufoofinterest I don't think this is CGI, it's a lens reflection that happens when you film at night, all you have to do is point a flash light on the camera and you can move the reflection (the dots) by moving the flash light.

#ICYMI The Central Texas UFO sightings is just a coordinated hoax. One of those footages shared by supposed witnesses is really garbage, one of the worst CGI videos I've ever seen (no motion blur).
