@Circulon @Circulon , you didn't fulfill your own promises. I highly disappointed with your services. Their is a serious quality issue with your pan. non stick cotting got removed. lifetime warranty is just a marketing scam. I never recommend Circulon to anyone. #SCAM #utensils #kitchen

@Circulon your non stick pans are garbage! I can’t argue with your marketing though, it certainly pulls people in. Here is your pan vs a £5 Aldi wok

@GazHarrer Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for your disappointment. Your experience is certainly unusual, especially with the proper use and care. If you believe that the skillet is defective, you have the option to submit a warranty claim for replacement.1/

@LadyBimblecat It depends on which Circulon collection you have. There are collections in Circulon that do not have a stainless steel plate on the base, therefore they can't be used on induction stoves. Basically, you need to have a magnetic base in order to couple with an induction stove.

@Circulon Can I use my Circulon pans on an induction hob?

@gazswilliams Thank you. Are the ticket numbers correct? According to our records, ticket number 153103, the warranty claim was approved and a replacement was sent. According to UPS delivery was delivered Tuesday, October 04, 22. and ticket 157657, was delivered Monday, October 31, 22. 1/2
