No SAVE America Act. No funding for ICE. No funding for Border Patrol. The Senate sold out the American people.

In the dead of night, with only five senators present on the floor and no one there to object, the Senate rushed through a DHS funding bill that deliberately left ICE and CBP unfunded. Now, they are leaving town. No SAVE America Act. ICE and CBP unfunded. Senate Republicans just gave the Democrats everything they wanted and more.

Democrats want to defund DHS, block the SAVE America Act, and let illegal aliens vote.

I’m a hard NO on the Senate DHS bill. Cut in the dead of night, this weak, America-last deal abandons ICE agents, undercuts Border Patrol, ignores the SAVE America Act, and gives traffickers exactly what they want. No accountability. No enforcement. It rewards failure, weakens our security, and puts Americans last. I won’t be part of it.

Tennesseans want the SAVE America Act on the president’s desk. Senate Republicans should not leave town until the SAVE America Act is passed.
