Hello @Checkatrade a builder hasn’t completed a job properly. minor thing but needs doing. final peek shingles on pergola apex Paid 1875£ of 1950£. But I’m holding back the final 75£ so they have incentive to compete job but they asking for it for it now!

Just ordered a parcel from #ebay which was delivered by #evri which never arrived. It was dumped in a driveway shared by 5 houses. Apparently, I am not entitled to a refund as it was delivered in my 'general area.' #citizensadvice?

@Dyson I’ve offered a fair and practical compromise to resolve this quickly, but this continues to be ignored in favour of scripted responses. @WhichUK @BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis – this doesn’t feel like a reasonable way to handle a customer issue.
