When Mitchell Mesenbrink got to the podium, he went through and shook the hand of the other All-Americans at 165 - all but Mikey Caliendo’s. When Mesenbrink stuck out his hand to the Hawkeye, Caliendo refused to acknowledge him. Mesenbrink shrugged and moved on.

@hotiiofficial Thats all I do......lunges and and barbell squats. My legs arent that great but they are easy and im not wrecking my self also im in a garage gym so space is limited.

There’s a guy at my gym who only does barbell squats on leg day.
No leg press.
No lunges.
No leg extensions.
Just squats, set after set, then he leaves.
The funny part?
He has some of the best legs in the entire gym.
Makes you wonder.
Are we overcomplicating leg days?

@Citrowske_L I think the real danger is in the extremes.
If farming only means survival, the next generation leaves.
If farming only means getting rich, eventually the land goes to the highest bidder.
Either path can close the door behind us.
