@bebo31461140874 @CjV663 Hey, can you describe in more detail what you mean by delta diagonal? If you can send a quick email to support@oflowtrading.com with a description or screenshot example, I'll take a closer look. Thanks for the suggestion.

Markets at all-time highs. War with Iran. Russia-Ukraine ongoing. Oil volatile. And still, new highs. Markets aren't logical, they're driven by flows. News tells you what people think, order flow shows you what they actually do. Read what's being traded, not what's being written. @OflowTrading oflowtrading.com

ES. 1,000+ lot bid at 6640. Front runners pile in one tick above. Three big trades. 33, 20, 57 contracts. Price bounces 22 ticks. Then the bid disappears. It was a spoof. You only see this on the order book. oflowtrading.com

Wear the Business Suit and Fire The Uniform.
(Air India, once JRD Tata’s pride, has become the stage for one of the most shameful corporate hypocrisies in recent memory).
In June 2022, soon after taking over Air India, the Tata Sons Chairman N. Chandrasekaran stood on a stage and glorified the Agnipath scheme. He called Agniveers “disciplined, trained youth” who would be a national asset—perfect for Tata Group companies.
Behind the scenes?
His very team at Air India, led by a foreign expat reportedly under DGCA investigation, has been executing the systematic removal of 18 real veterans—ex-servicemen who had actually worn the uniform, guarded the nation, and served with distinction.
These weren’t symbolic hires. These were highly motivated and committed military veterans,JCOs and NCOs, recruited by govt owned Air India between 2011 and 2019 under a defence rehabilitation program filling critical roles in the airline. Most had valid contracts till 2025.
But instead of being valued, they were:
1. Humiliated, demoted, and made to report to juniors they had trained
2.Targeted, denied dignity, and pushed to the brink of mental exhaustion
3.Forced to resign, or terminated under the guise of cost-cutting
So while Chandra preached respect for military discipline, his airline’s management treated actual soldiers as disposable.
What kind of leadership says one thing on stage and does the exact opposite in practice?
What kind of patriotism keeps bloated foreign executives—most of whom can’t even follow Indian aviation laws—while removing Indian veterans with proven integrity?
This isn’t cost-cutting. This is character exposure. It tells us everything about who is really valued in New Air India:
Not Indian military veterans but bloated expats with power, even if they flout the rules of the land.
This is a betrayal in broad daylight—by a leadership that waves the flag when it suits their brand, but abandons the soldier when it suits their balance sheet.
If you meant what you said, Mr. Chandrasekaran—prove it.
Reinstate those who were wronged. Hold your managers accountable. And start practicing the patriotism you’re so quick to preach.
Because India is watching.
And its citizens and soldiers aren’t fooled by your slogans.

@6ESinger157593 Well said .
These people on the list (including my father) couldn't fit into those theoretical metrics whereas on the practical ground what good these 'business actors' have done is in front of the entire country .
Your all three points are true and I have seen it happening.

@flyingbeast320 Everyone knows airindia before the merger was in loss and the company appointed these seniors only to bring back the profits but what happened does not look like a benefit to me .
India jugad ka desh hai idhar airline aur aircraft dono jugad pe chalte hain.

The airline and the aircraft were in a deep shithole , it was like they were flying a municipal corporation bus not an aircraft
