@WestMidRailway @WMmetro @nxwestmidlands 07:39 from Albrighton cancelled. Used to havehalf hourly service that took 37 mins to Bham. Now hourly service takes an hour. Shifnal Express needs to be scrapped. Going to Wton by bus and I now Walsall train is cancelled. Faced with Metro to Bham and taxi to Perry Barr.

@WestMidRailway hi you've just stopped at Malvern link but not opened the doors. Dialled the driver twice and the guard has just informed me he released the doors. Tried both sides as soon as we stopped they have not opened and I've now got to get collected from the next stop

@WestMidRailway You did it again. Do you enjoy making disabled people wait on the platform? You wouldn't have shut the door on me were I a wheelchair user. I spend half my day making allowances for patients because they encountered traffic or their trains were delayed. But you can't reciprocate.

@WestMidRailway Why did the 18:01 from Snow Hill pull out as I was trying to board the train? The guard could see me stood no more than 2 metres from her trying to get in the doors yet she closed them on me. I can't run for the train due to disability & this is discrimination
