@premierinn I thought all your inns gave the same quality but it seems NOT waverly Edinburgh, room was cold was told it's an old heating system give it time to warm up! And 2 staff on the floor for breakfast is shocking. Tables weren't cleaned, no bread for toast I could go on.

@premierinn paid for fast wifi and this happens. Called the helpline and it just rings and rings. Not very good. It works OK on the laptop but when I plug an HDMI cable in it just buffers. Very disappointing
