@marksandspencer why did M&S close so many stores. Just shocking. I had to travel to a city to get christmas goodies. Very disappointing isn't it. 👎

There are no handrails down the centre of the carriage nothing to hold onto. You end up having to lean over towards the side handles above seated passengers, which is awkward uncomfortable. Who designed this layout why central handrails weren’t included. It doesn’t feel safe

I paid £280 for one night!!! Shocking, with a poor heating system, room cold, breakfast didn't have everything either because items weren't replenished. Like I said I could go on and on how poor this hotel is

@premierinn I thought all your inns gave the same quality but it seems NOT waverly Edinburgh, room was cold was told it's an old heating system give it time to warm up! And 2 staff on the floor for breakfast is shocking. Tables weren't cleaned, no bread for toast I could go on.
