@premierinn absolutely awful stay @ London Gatwick North Terminal last night no one to complain to either when checked out this morning! 🤬 service in bar slow & nowhere 2 sit, room too hot could hear every word in next room mattress uncomfortable 🤬

@HelplineCareHub Returned to store with not even as much as an apology! Suggested I look and see if the right one was in store!! Even more annoyed that didn’t even get an apology and fact had to go back and forth the store!! 🤬

@Matalan#fuming ordered a large suitcase for collection picked it up looked like already been used when in daylight got home checked what I ordered & only been given the cheaper smaller version!! 🤬 xx
@currys in your Cardiff East store to collect loads of staff around doing nothing queue at collection desk!! Would have been quicker to come in & queue at the till!🤬

@cardiffcouncil@Help_C2C They take weeks to respond and are as helpful as the refuse collectors!! It’s an absolute joke I should not have to complain every week!! Any other business and something would be done about it u seem to think as a council they are untouchable!!

@MAS can honestly say worst airline have had the misfortune to travel with!! Not only poor service but a broken suitcase on arrival back in UK and not one person around 2 report it to!! 🤬you don’t know meaning a Malaysian hospitality! 🤬
