This is a constitutional crisis. The executive branch has no authority to gut agencies and manipulate funding- Congress alone has that power. Judges are calling these EOs unconstitutional, and those rulings are being ignored.
Expanding executive authority by breaking democratic norms is a very, very dangerous precedent that never ends well. If you can’t understand that, you’re part of the problem.
