@plusnethelp Thank you. I hope we will be given a refund of some sort. We have yet to have a day where we have had full internet connection. We are now eating in to our data on our phones which we cannot afford!

#plusnet are an absolute joke! Switched to them when we moved last year and not one day have we had internet all day. Off all day yesterday. Think I will be switching!!
@plusnethelp Hi. The router isn't losing power. It's like it's doing a reboot? The blue light flashes orange and the Wi-Fi connection is lost. It then stops flashing and goes to a fixed orange light with an orange b underneath. Then it goes back to the blue light. It can be off for 10 mins

Could you confirm whether the router is physically losing power, or whether some of the other lights/light changes?

@Plusnet can you please tell me why my router has not gone a day without switching off about a dozen times! We switched from BT abouy 4 weeks ago and I am regretting it ever since!
