Today was my 1st shift as a PGY-2, & the single best moment was hearing my intern, @ClareE_Anderson, introduce herself as Dr Anderson for the 1st time. It was a visceral reminder for me to pause: what an absolute privilege it is to serve our patients. @IMResidencyDuke #MedTwitter
