@TPExpressTrains why do you have a booking system if you’re not going to use the reservation lights. Had to ask someone to move from seats booked, they not happy but moved as I had a disabled adult with me!

@merseyrail what’s happening at Sandhills this morning? 8.13 train from Kirkby stuck outside Sandhills for 10 minutes and a platform full of people there trying to get into Liverpool.

@merseyrail Somehow at Kirkby, the doors closed on me while I was getting a wheelchair off the train. Separating me from the wheelchair user, door wouldn’t open but the doors began on the other side of train opened instead! You’re lucky you didn’t have a death on your hands today

@merseyrail @MetroMayorSteve another day and another fault on Kirkby Line. It’s really getting too much now! I need Merseyrail for my work life and now I need it to get to Fazakerley Hospital and it’s unreliable. The poor counter staff and they are brilliant.

In Kirby in Liverpool a migrant, with two others, tries to grab a child with her mother. The hero bus driver intervenes & the migrant starts attacking the bus. The women & girls are petrified. He is eventually thrown off.

@Clare___bear Hi Clare, buses are running from Aintree to Headbolt Lane in both directions, there is also a shuttle to Kirkby from Headbolt Lane. ^Matt

@merseyrail what is happening at aintree. Is there a bus to Kirkby, currently outside aintree station and There’s a bus but no driver?

@merseyrail Is it not time to either take the Kirkby to Headbolt lane section off until it is working correctly and or put a free bus on between Kirkby, headbolt lane and maghull north every 15 minutes until you can guarantee a reliable service.

@DPDUK3 @skytv nice one guys, letting down a group of disabled adults. Keep waiting for new box to be delivered. Keep saying there’s no answer, I keep rearranging delivery, to no avail. Today was planned like a military operation, we were waiting and apparently we missed delivery
