@TrentEndRed01 NUFC will lose Tonali, Livramento and possibly/probably Gordon this summer. This will bring in circa £250M. We’ll have the wedge. He’s a massive Mag too, don’t forget. I agree he’ll probably go to a cartel club, but to say it couldn’t happen is plain wrong.

Do Newcastle realise yet how much he’s going to cost? Because unless you can find £80-100m from somewhere he won’t be going anywhere other than one of the big 6….

The PL are terrified of them leaving, and everything is set up to keep them happy. It’s no longer a football competition. What’s the point anymore?

🤔 I think it would be hugely helpful if there was much more transparency around PSR, SCR & UEFA's rules and how they're applied. #cfc losses are eye-watering. Genuinely interested to know how they've passed PSR (and they did, because no breaches were announced by @premierleague for this season). We all know what the regs and rules are by now. But it's time for the publication of what club's SCR figures are, what their squad costs are & where everyone stands. Without it fans are left mystified by what their clubs can do in the transfer market. Who is this game meant to be for anyway? Supporters or the increasing number of accountants and lawyers you need to cope with the bureaucracy?

Every decent player playing for a club outside of the chosen few is now being linked to one of those chosen clubs. Exactly how PSR/FFP is designed to work and why the game is dying on it's arse.

I’ve been falling out of love with football for a long time, probably for around 13/14 years. When we got taken over I wasn’t buzzing because it was the Saudi’s, it was just because we were meant to get our club back. That first full season under Howe was one of the best I can ever remember, other than a season or two under Sir Bobby. It’s come to a point now though, where I just think, what the fuck is the point. If you try to compete your hampered by Financial Rules put in place to protect the “Big 6”, and if you do manage compete you are stripped of your best player/players every season. They use the media to whip up a frenzy around your best players, they link them away nearly every other week, the media unsettles your team before big games. I’m fully convinced the “Big 6” pay the likes of Spaghetti Nonce to link players away and upset dressing rooms of competing clubs. Why are clubs like #NUFC and #AVFC even trying to do here? What’s the point? I’ve seen a few articles saying Villa will have to sell again this summer, this is after similar success to us and only spending £90m over the past 6 windows I believe. We may as well just give up because we will NEVER be able to compete, and for anyone else reading this from other clubs who might think I’m just bitter… you will never be able to compete either, no matter how well managed, well coached and successful you are short term.

The EPL’s credibility once again in the gutter. The reputational damage caused by the leniency shown to Chelsea and others seems to pass them by, but supporters of clubs outside the Big6 see it for what it is; CORRUPT
