Russia should be among the 8 teams. Undoubtedly. Russian players decorate the NHL with their skill and commitment. To deny them is a slap in the face to players Nikita Kucherov who dedicate their lives to improving their skill level--at their benefit, yes--and thus enhances the entertainment value of the sport.
