@classpass finally replied after weeks of chasing multiple support agents.What frustrates me isn’t just the pricing discrepancy it’s how vague the final response still is. They admitted there was an “inconsistency within the system” but gave no proper explanation on what caused.

@ClassPass charges cancellation fees for accidental overlapping bookings their own app allows, then calls the overlap “flexibility.” Respectfully, I am not mitosis. If your system can book me into Pilates and ballet at the same time, it can warn me before charging me $14.

Hey @classpass, my account is frozen because your payment system is rejecting 4 debit cards from 3 banks — manual entry, Link, and Apple Pay all fail. Support “escalated” this 3 times but I’ve received no ticket or follow-up. I’m paying for credits I can’t use. Fix this. Check DMs.
