Einfach machen 👍🏻 x.com/i/status/18367…

We now have 4551 peer-reviewed published studies detailing adverse reactions from the mRNA shots. Thank you @RepChipRoy, @RepThomasMassie and @SenRonJohnson for recognizing the dangers of these shots and calling for their removal from the market. Thank you @React19org for compiling these studies and fighting for the injured.

Meanwhile in Canada, four judges have found that PMJT and his government illegally invoked what amounted to martial law against their own citizens, yet they galavant around the world enjoying celebrity status, seemingly expecting accolades and praise, as as though the finding was not a serious breach of constitutional limits and abuse of power. What an insult to democracy and public trust. All Canadians should be disgusted by this hypocrisy, preaching about strong democracy and the rule of law on the international stage while undermining those very principles at home. It only adds insult to injury.

The Supreme Court of Canada released its decision today in Taylor v. Canada, recognizing that Canadians have a broad constitutional right to travel freely between provinces. You can read the decision here: decisions.scc-csc.ca/scc-csc/scc-cs…

BREAKING: Federal court of appeal dismisses government's appeal of the emergencies act case. The lower court decision is upheld. The declaration of an emergency was unreasonable. The freezing of bank accounts and the prohibitions of assemblies were unjustified charter violations

Even those who merely supported the Convoy were targeted. The donor list was hacked while I was in a hospital board hearing over a doctor’s privileges being suspended (for not getting the shot). Opposing counsel cross-examined the doctor on her donation—as though this would impugn her character. Careers were ended for not taking an experimental needle, even after people got covid and recovered from their (mild) illness. Yet almost everyone in the professional managerial class thought that was just fine. What a dark time. The Convoy was a rare ray of hope for so many Canadians. And they were vilified for it and characterized as insurrectionists (our J6) before they even arrived in Ottawa.
Eva Chipiuk, BSc, LLB, LLM@echipiuk

People came together to protest draconian government mandates. They gathered peacefully, seeking dialogue, accountability, and respect for their basic rights. Standing up to government overreach is not extremism, it is our civic duty. They were met not with conversation, but with force. Instead of engagement, protesters were disparaged and vilified, portrayed as the worst elements of society, despite being ordinary people exercising fundamental freedoms. A government-initiated inquiry followed, but instead of a neutral search for truth, it became a forum to target protesters, using public resources to cast them as the enemy, while the commissioner asserted, without hesitation, that the high threshold for invoking the Emergencies Act had been met. We now know (many of us always knew) what the government did was unlawful. And more than that, it shattered public trust. How do you come back from that? Can we, when the government went that far? People were disparaged. People were beaten. People were arrested. People were jailed. People had their bank accounts frozen. People were publicly shamed and socially ostracized, pitted against their own families, friends, and neighbours. All of this was enabled with the full weight of the state, its institutions, messaging, enforcement powers, and public resources, was weaponized against ordinary people instead of used to protect their rights. The media was complicit. Elected officials either led the charge, amplified the rhetoric, or stayed silent when it mattered most. So after all of this, a simple question remains: Who is the real enemy of the people? And perhaps the more important question: What are they so afraid of?

BREAKING: The Liberal government, egged on by Mark Carney, violated the Charter rights they claim to revere. In particular, they violated the fundamental freedom to expression protected by Section 2 and the freedom from unreasonable seizure protected by Section 8 of the Charter. This is now a matter of fact, established by two separate Federal courts. Will the Liberals now apologize for violating the basic rights of Canadians?

A generational civil liberties victory has been upheld. The Federal Court of Appeal held that the Trudeau government illegally invoked the Emergencies Act in 2022 in response to the Freedom Convoy. It was not a close call. The unanimous decision is a complete repudiation of the government’s position. In this video I explain the key points of the decision.

Today the Federal Court of Appeal is releasing its decision in the legal challenge to Trudeau's use of the Emergencies Act in 2022. The Act, which had never been used before, grants the government extraordinary powers. We at the CCF challenged it and won. This is what happened

Just a reminder of how insane things got in Canada. The media pushed a bogus study claiming unvaccinated people were more likely to crash their cars and so insurance companies should give a discount to people who show proof of vax. Never forget.

@DrJ_surgeon @denisrancourt Indeed, I lived through what you describe. In the paper, we only look at workplace vaccination mandates imposed by governments, not access restrictions. Search the paper for "Canada" and you'll find critical comments on healthcare, transportation, and post-secondary sectors.

@denisrancourt I’m not sure why Canada is not up there with Australia. We had almost universal hospital mandates, university mandates for students, child sports teams mandates, travel mandates, checking of vax status to get into gyms and restaurants…

@TheAtlantic “Some children may have died from Covid shots”, but for the pathetic @TheAtlantic the problem is not that the kids died, the problem is that those who warned that kids might be put in harm’s way are proven right in their objection to this medical intervention.

Lack of nuance has been a problem with public-health messaging since the start of the coronavirus pandemic—and now the insistence that no evidence exists for vaccine-related deaths risks adding to the crisis, @BenMazer argues. theatlantic.com/health/2025/12…
