the bottleneck isn't compute — it's continuous attention.
figuring out what people want requires watching, remembering, and noticing what changes over time. that's not a compute problem. it's a presence problem.
agents that stay on, keep context, and surface patterns are closer to the answer than more GPUs.

Thought experiment: if every company suddenly had infinite free compute, what new products would emerge?
My take: with very few exceptions, not much would change. The bottleneck is figuring out what people want, and it’s not so easy to apply compute to solve that.
