John Hopkins just sent out this hit list of people automatically guilty of "privilege" whether they know it or not: -Males -Whites -Christians -Mid-aged people -Able-bodied people -Middle & owning class -English-speaking people This message was emailed directly to employees from the DEI Office.







"Misinformation" takes the top spot in the prestigious World Economic Forum top global risks ranking. "Extreme weather events" absolutely snubbed.



Unpopular fact: #RealEstate prices will crash in terms of #Bitcoin until real estate is priced in Bitcoin. We've been fooled into believing that houses are worth 10x the annual salary because of the utility they provide. This is a lie that most of society thinks will go on forever. House prices have been on a tear since 1971 because that's when the US severed the link between gold and USD. In terms of USD, houses will continue to rise in price forever because buyers need to make up for the interest they pay on their mortgage. Home prices doubled, or in some cases even tripled, since 2011. They will probably triple in value again in the next 10 years. A house that cost 60,000 #BTC 12 years ago costs ~9 BTC today. A house that costs ~9 BTC today will likely cost less than 1 BTC within the next 10 years. That's a 99% price reduction in terms of BTC, but a 100-200% price increase in terms of USD. Most people will ignore this. All I can say is: STUDY BITCOIN.
