@Avis please can you tell me why you’ve taken ‘refundable’ fuel deposits x2 from 2 separate rentals and returned neither?
Even though both returned full? Customer service don’t reply and calling is a nightmare.

@SkyBroadbandd how nice to have our broadband connection moved from 24/12 to 21/12 when we called on 18/12.
Called just now to be told your 'colleague' added a note on the account on 19/12 saying no engineer in the area.
Now very concerned 24/12 won't happen.

@marksandspencer I ordered an item, and paid for next day delivery, on Tuesday 19 August.
Called Thursday and was told be with me that day or today.
No update and Evri are useless.
Please sort this out asap instead of taking money and not caring after that.

I’ve used the order number from my email from you and my postcode - confirmed in the same email but get an error.
I suspect even if your useless website worked all I would get is ‘dispatched’.
