@eThekwiniM @eThekwiniM my case was "escalated" at 15:00. It is now 19:00 and that "escalation" has achieved nothing. Still no water! Got my water bill this afternoon via email though . The irony! Pity your service doesn't extend past billing people.

36 hours without water at home! Stolen water meter. Meant to be resolved in 6 - 8 hours. Apparently my wait is due to a backlog and a shortage of plumbers. @eThekwiniM PLEASE HELP ME!

Water meter stolen on Thursday night, so without water. Reported to @eThekwiniM yesterday morning & told it would take 6 to 8 hours to fix. Now 30 hours later and still not fixed. Meanwhile neighbourhood has free & unlimited access to water courtesy of unmetered connection.
